PURA VIDA DIVESTED FOR $1M
On july 16th 2019 Vera Bradley Inc acquired 75% of Creative Genius Inc (DBA Pura Vida) for $75m of cash from their balance sheet.
Earlier this month, Pura Vida was sold off for $1m to an undisclosed buyer operating under an SPV called Project Astor Acquisition LLC.
